Frank J. Imperial, Jr., CPA/PFS, CFP, is vice president and shareholder with Clairmont, Paciello & Co., P.C., a regional certified public accounting firm, CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company, and Tanglewood Financial Services, Inc., an insurance and investment product implementation firm.  He has experience across a variety of industries, including real estate management, real estate development, not-for-profit, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, and construction.

Frank is passionate about taking a proactive and comprehensive approach to serving CPC clients. When making recommendations about tax planning and financials, Frank wants to be sure his clients are aware of their tax liability and the implications of their financial decisions.

As a manager, Frank oversees and reviews the work of CPC’s staff accountants, particularly managing various stages of client engagements and reviewing prepared financial statements. He also oversees staff accountant bookkeeping work and prepares complex personal income tax returns and estate tax returns.

As a manager of the Accounting & Audit Service Group, Frank is responsible for overseeing and quality review of all financial statements prepared by Clairmont, Paciello & Co., P.C. 

As a Certified Financial Planner since 2014, he provides comprehensive financial planning services to individuals and owners of closely-held businesses.
